1. Can i Place a Custom Order ?
If you truly need something different or if you have a design in mind, get in touch with us.
For bridal, anniversary & corporate orders we could work with you to create products that suit your theme or corporate identity.
All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product's page.
In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email or a phone call.
2. I have received the wrong order / damaged product - what should I do?
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days through phone or email and we will replace the product(s) as soon as possible. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email.
You will be provided with new product(s) depending on your preference.
3. How can I Track My Order ?
At this point our shipping partners provides a Live Tracking Number.
They send shipping update SMS's to the mobile number attached to the order.
We work with Aramex exclusively for within UAE, as our preferred delivery partner.
4. Do you deliver outside UAE?
Yes we are delivering orders outside UAE.
5. How long does delivery take?
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible.
We dispatch all orders in 1-2 working day from our logistic center.
Please keep in mind that all times are estimates and depend on the local delivery partner.
- For UAE Orders:
You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.
- For International Orders:
You can expect to receive your order in 5-14 business days.
6. How do I place an exchange or return?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process for returning the items.
Step 1: Print and attach the Return Form provided by our Customer Service team with the product(s) that you wish to return.
Step 2: Ship the items back to Charms of Arabia dedicated address using a tractable shipping service of your choice.
* Charms of Arabia is not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence, a tracking service is a must.
Step 3: Email us the tracking number.
Step 4: Your refund will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
7. Payment methods - How can I pay for my order?
Payments are made through the website redirection to Tap for credit card payment.
Payments can also be made by Cash on Delivery (COD) Method for UAE & GCC countries only.
8. Is there any other Charging Fees ?
- All prices Excluding VAT (5%) .
- Shipping Fees Depends on customer location.
Tips to Find your Ring Size
1. How Do I Find My Ring Size at Home?
It’s actually easier than it sounds! All you need to do is measure the circumference of your finger, and then compare it against our ring size guide below.
Just a flexible tape measure and a pen. If you don’t have one, a piece of string and a ruler will work just fine.
Using a measuring tape (or piece of string, to be measured against a ruler later) is an accurate way to find your ring size in inches. Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your finger. You want the tape to feel snug, but not tight. Use a pen to mark the tape or cut the small piece of string. Then, simply measure the string, or see how many millimeters it took to wrap around your finger. Finally, simply reference our easy ring size chart to find your perfect ring size.
Note: The best time to try this is at the end of the day, when your fingers are likely to be at their largest.
If you are in between ring sizes, we recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes and ordering a classic ring. Due to the silicone our rings are made of the sizing is slightly different than what you would typically purchase.
If your ring size seems like it could be one of two sizes, choose the larger size. If you already know your ring size but are unsure of what that equates to in sizing, please reference the chart below.
